Shettihalli church, located in Hassan Karnataka. This church was built about 200 years ago on the banks of Hemavathi River near Hassan. About 25 years before Gorur Dam was built and every year as the monsoons fill up the reservoir which floods the church thus submerging it, as the water level recedes it emerges back in all its glory.
